Our dance school

Firststeps dance school has branches in Muswell Hill and Hampstead, North London. The dance school takes pupils from Pre-School/Nursery Dance through the structured syllabus of The Royal Academy of Dance. The dancing school offers a variety of dance classes: ballet, jazz and other dance styles. The atmosphere of the dance school is friendly and all the staff are qualified Royal Academy of Dance teachers. Adult ballet and jazz classes are also offered.

In January 2012 Firststeps will be offering two new classes in Hampstead. BABYSTEPS, a dance class for parents and children together lead by a qualified teacher. Ballet & other dance styles

Training in classical and other dance forms gives children the means to express themselves and become more socially aware. Our dance classes encourage pupils to feel good about themselves and our examinations and performances give pupils something to strive for as well as a sense of achievement. This is why so many pupils stay with us.
